OCC, Observatorio Ciudadano de la Comunicación is a space that invites participation and reflection on media messages and their contribution to the exercise of human rights.
ObservApp is an application developed by the Citizen Observatory of Communication - OCC, in Cuenca-Ecuador, within the framework of the X Communication Room, in order to demand and promote the production of media messages that contribute to equity.

VOTING X COMMUNICATION SALON:
- Look at the advertisements that make up the sample of the X Salon and give your vote for that sexist or inclusive in each category: Andean national / regional television; Radio, Printed (press and billboards). There are prizes and sanctions in three levels: Cuenca, Ecuador, Andean Region.
OCC ALL YEAR IN REAL TIME AND WITH GEOLOCALIZATION:
- Send advertising messages in real time, they can be sexist or inclusive. The OCC receives complaints and opinions throughout the year. The advertisements sent can participate in the Communication Hall of the following year.
- Report your complaints with video, photography or text message.
- Learn about the main news about the Citizen Observatory of Communication and the results of technical message studies.
- Integrate to the OCC through social networks.
